Nothing helped my hot flashes until I tried this. It took about a week to take hold but when it did it reduced my hot flashes and night sweats by about 80%. I ran out and got my hands on another sage supplement that is obviously of poor quality because it is 3 a.m. in the morning and I am laying in bed suffering. I cannot wait for my shipment of this supplement that is supposed to come tomorrow. I hope I make it until then. Lesson learned.

How big are the capsules? 

This is for a friend who has a hard time swallowing pills.

They are actually not big at all and since it's a soft capsule it is easy to swallow assuming the person is using water. Some people try to swallow capsules/ pills dry with no water.

A couple of weeks later I found myself with less than no motivation and a feeling of impending doom. No. Low dose naltrexone is naltrexone(comes in 50mg dose, used for alcohol and opiate addiction) at doses of 4mg and lower (used for a multitude of autoimmune and other conditions...look it up...it's a wonderful thing!).
